These are largely responsible for the unique appeal of our community. It's just unfortunate that sometimes, even though the sign out front says 'Deed- Restricted Community', people don't take the time to read the deed restrictions before they make their decision. We don't think you'll find anything unreasonable in our restrictions and can't imagine what our neighborhood would be like without them. But we also don't want you to be surprised after you move in.
